Your use of this website ("the Site") is governed by the terms and conditions set out at www.vodafonemusic.co.uk. By nominating artists on the Site you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions (which includes our Privacy Policy).

Information we obtain about your use of the Site will only be used to provide and manage the Site service and to administer the voting process for the Vodafone Live Music Awards.

Vodafone Live Music Awards ticket competition

  1. Sorry but Vodafone employees and anyone professionally connected with the promotion can’t take part.
  2. Vote in the Vodafone Live Music Awards via WAP between 00:01 on 31 July 2008 and 12:00 on 1 September and your details will automatically be entered once into the draw.
  3. Vote in the Vodafone Live Music Awards via web between 00:01 on 1 August 2008 and 12:00 on 1 September 2008, then validate your details by clicking the link in your email and your details will be entered once into the draw.
  4. Standard data charges apply to entries via WAP.
  5. Customers can enter once via WAP and once via the Web, if a customer wins via both WAP and Web only 1 mobile-ticket will be issued per entrant, allowing two people entrance into the Vodafone Live Music Awards.
  6. 250 winners will be allocated two tickets each to the Vodafone Live Music Awards in London, at the Carling Brixton Academy, on Thursday 18 September 2008.
  7. Winners will be selected at random through a prize draw on 1 September 2008. For your reassurance, the draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
  8. If you’re a winner we’ll tell you by text on 2 September 2008. Mobile-tickets and guest information will be sent to you on 15 September 2008.
  9. Mobile-tickets and guest information will be sent to the winners by text on 15 September 2008.
  10. Winners who are under the age of 16 must be accompanied to the event by an adult.
  11. Alcohol will be available for purchase, if you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 you will be asked for proof of age.
  12. Mobile-tickets are only redeemable once and cannot be forwarded on to other individuals.
  13. Mobile-tickets are for entry only and exclude accommodation and travel to and from the venue.
  14. Mobile-tickets are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  15. If you do not bring your Mobile-ticket to the event we cannot grant entry.
  16. Winners and guests may be required to take part in publicity without further approval or compensation for any purpose and must comply with all terms and conditions of entry to the venue.
  17. The Winners’ names can be obtained by sending a self addressed envelope marked Belinda Stevenson Vodafone Live Music Awards 2008 Competition to the Promoter at the address below between 8 September 2008 and 8 October 2008.
  18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

There is no charge for voting on www.vodafonemusic.co.uk.

We reserve the right to disregard votes that we consider to have been submitted unfairly. In particular this includes any attempt to alter voting figures through block emailing. In extreme circumstances we reserve the right to disqualify any act found to have been participating in or encouraging such practices.

We reserve the right to vary the Competition and Voting Rules and Requirements from time to time as necessary. If this happens we will publish details of the changes on the Site.

These terms are governed by English law.
